Yeah that's what I've heard. I was looking into them for my next grow but I was concerned because I think I read when you move them it disturbs the plant.
That being said I was moving my pots around a lot yesterday and they seem to be fine. Is the viagrow brand good? I was looking at them on Amazon, the ones with the handles.
Are they okay to be moved about? And also what about sitting them on a flat grow tent floor after watering? I thought I may have read something bad about that too. Either way they are pretty cheap, and I have considered using them. I am just unsure you know? Are the 5 gallon pots as big as the 5 gallon buckets?
The size may be shorter and wider. GeoPots makes nice fabric pots. I just bought two. Airpots makes a plastic pot thats very nice too. But if yours are working go for it. I have had a problem using cloth pots but i dont move them much.
Thanks man, I may try using the ViaGrow fabrics pots basically because the handles that they have. A plus with the a bucket is that it's easier to train the plants. I just use flexible wire that coated with rubber or plastic and tuck it under the lip of the bucket.
Yeah I seen someone else using them that did this, their plants seemed fine. They moved out of the tent to water though.
Might go ahead and buy some. Do yoI guys think I would be alright adding some new plants to my tent when th current ones are about twenty days from finishing?
Yeah I plan on buying a new tent and planning on using the old one to dry. I have a 5x5 tent now.
Just thought of this but I could just put fabric pots on buckets or a table and turn them everyday to keep them from leaning to one side .
I actually built a 8x8 wooden grow room, my tent is actually inside of it lol, it has a floor and everything. Shits insane, spent a lot of money and time on it and I'm not using it.
Check it out I know you can't see much but all it needs is walls, has studs, floor, roof, and a door. It's 8x8 and 7 tall. If I ever use it I'll need a bigger carbon filter. I was just gonna use panda film for the walls but I was worried it wouldn't keep the smell it. I actually had it installed already just took it down to increase airflow to the tent.
