Its on one leaf on one plant and two on the other what does this look like to you on one plant the leaf is dry and would crumble if I pinched the tip. The rest of the plant looks healthy however

Did you get any nutrients on the leaves?
I got vinegar on them and that must be why looking back although now the bigger leafs have brown charred edges at the base although it is very small.
