Indoor flowering problem

What are your opinions out there on one of my ladies.

These are 7 think different ladies, and 1 cheese.

One of the think different's is refusing to flower.. all else have well begun.. ideas? Suggestions?

She is towards the front left.. very healthy plant, all same age..

it may be one of the 100 day phenotypes of the think different strain. you're right, she looks quite healthy!
