Fixing Ph

I've tested my Ph, the aereated tap water that I have is 7.5, while my run-off is reading an acidic 5.6. Although much is written here about proper Ph, I couldn't find any information about how to make adjustments. Any suggestions out there? I'm using Roots Organics soil in 2 gallon pots. Seelings are between 3 and 6 days old. I found it interesting that the first two that sprouted in my warming tray were left there for 24 hours befor being put under lights. They stretched about 2 inches. The second two were put under lights immediately after I noticed them. They are about a half inch tall!

Thanks John, will do. This is technically my second grow. The first one was in the late 70's using whatever seeds showed up with the pot I had bought. Knowlege about growing was almost non-existant back then and the stuff was almost unsmokable.

im sure its a world of difference from then to now... the growing technology evolution and knowledge is wayyy greater today!
