i gave up on the training as it was my first grow I wanted to see how the plant grew by itself before I tried to minipulate the plant

It looks like it's a bit close to the soil. The leaf is covered with soil lol, keep a little distance to the soil so the leaf can have air flow under it. A bamboo stick can help with that.
