First time growing autoflower

I've got lots of experience growing regular or feminized seeds but I'm also on my first auto grow. My plants in this pic taken last week were 10 to 16 days old: 2 young 10 days, two were 16 days old in this pic:

I have grown regular bag seeds before with just dirt, water, and miracle grow sticks. Technically it was all my dads I just helped. Personally I wont use miracle grow Haha. I'm using fox farm nutes and fox farm happy frog soil on my new baby mendo mass auto.

The first plant I wasnt expecting much from just using it to convince my fiance haha. But the guy I got then from said his took about 86days seed to harvest.

I have been reading alot about growing autos online and also joined this group for as many tips and tricks as I can get.

By the way beautiful plants

This plant was more of an experiment. My fiance told me she didn't want me growing in the house because she thought it would attract more spiders and other house bugs. Once I got her past that fear I turned on the light which she was scared would hurt our cat. Not only did I finally get her on board she started checking on how much it grew and started some what liking it.

That is when I started ordering my set up and better seeds. It is a cheap setup for now once I get some experience I will start upgrading. So honestly I really am not expecting much from the original plant but the one I planted about a week ago is getting much more love from the start.

mmm, yup, def gotta make the better half happee, or the grow will be twice as tuff, lol  but seriously, hey, i'm totally on board with budgetary restrictionz, lol ...u get what u can when u can, and long story short, for now -> yes, that light will grow weed ;) and well, in the meantime, our job is jus to help u grow the weed...convincing ur fiance of thingz is ur job :coffee: ppp

Thank you sir, growing is easy compared to keeping some women happy but it's TRUE a happy wife is a happy life.

I trimmed some of the leaves that started turning yellow or that were drying out today and adjusted the strings that I'm using for LST. Looking close in regular light and with a bright flash light she definitely looks to be progressing from last week when I looked over her. I turned my vegetation switch down and switch from 16/8 to 12/12. Going to give it a few days see if the red lights and light cycle help her flower. I used all three fox farm nutes this week grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom. Next week I will probably leave out the tiger bloom and just use the grow big, and big bloom.

I'm trying to adjust my feeding schedule off of what fox farms recommends. I'm using alot less then what they recommend. Any help on schedule/amounts of feed would be greatly appreciated. Also any other food to add to it?

I switched her to 12/12 for a week and didn't see much difference so went back to 16/8 yesterday. This week I only fed her with big bloom, tiger bloom I only use a small fraction of what fox farm recommends.

Went to water her today and it looks like she may finally be going in to flower. My phone camera sucks but I tried to get pictures of what I think and hope are the beginning of buds. Then again it could just be new growth and I'm in denial that she isn't going to pop off.

Unfortunately it's a male I killed it off. But my 3 week mendo mass is already showing signs of budding.

Going to pop a pineapple crack next I think.
