Most LEDs are made in china,check alibaba and get one off there. Or check out Cidly or evergrow,there 2 LED manufacturers based in china.if yr in Asia already you should be able to get one mate :smokebuds:

If you can't get a tent shipped to you it's pretty easy to build something from plywood. 2' x 3' x 6' would be plenty big enough to grow 3-4 plants. Paint the inside white, cut a passive intake, install a 4" vent fan with a carbon filter. Are there any hydroponic grow shops there? If so, they should have everything you'll need.

you can also buy rolls of the tent material... not sure if you can get that sent to you either... but its cheap... like $130 US for 100 foot by 4' 10" roll
