Yeah the Infimary section is the right place, and they'll ask lots of questions, but just by the pics it looks like the most common of issues: Calcium / Magnesium deficiency. aka CalMag def. If it's not being locked out by pH out of range, then it could be fixed in future leaves by adding a CalMag supplement to your waterings
