New Grower First time grow.

Most of the, (non-organic), Miracle Grow soil I've seen has way to much nitrogen in their formulated time released round pellets. It might be ok if you got them all out, but then you'd have to give nutrients sooner!

:greenthumb: Good luck with your grow!! :headbang:

your off to a great start pal i dont grow in soil so no experience there but you seem to be doing a great job and good on you posting a journal its what makes afn the best cannabis site of all and friendly people we all learn from each others mistakes and somebody will always help you fix any issues

You’re plants aren’t that far off fams... 6 of my plants in my current grow seemed like would not grow up for the life of them...then BOOM!!! My tent is full...Tons of useful info here and great people to help you out...Good luck on your grow...

Day 15 today. Nobody needed any water, pots were all still good from yesterday. The plant with the yellowing leaves looks a little better. I'm thinking I spilled some water with nutes on her. I'm being more careful now lol.

since I ditched my homemade tent and set up the vivison 4x4 the temp has dropped a bit. Set up is in my basement and it's cool down there. Running average of 16 C. Should I get a small space heater for the tent or would that be fine?
Also thanks everyone for all the replies!

You’re looking good, you will definitely like that vivosun tent. I have 2 and eyeing a 3d. That temp is ok for flowering, I would just make sure the pots aren’t directly on the floor cause they can conduct the colder floor temps. Good luck.

How heavy do your pots feel when you pick them up mate? at the moment they look far too saturated for my liking at this stage of development but it could just be the medium you are using tbh.

I think it's the media. Its fairly dense which I'm not a fan of. And I've only watered about 300 ml on three occasions aside from the initial soaking
Im not a big fan of the dense stuff either especially when they are babies, Just stick with it mate and they will pull through.

Things are still moving along. Albeit slowly it seems lol. I bought a ph test kit today. And I'm getting a ph of about 6.4, Should I lower it? And I didn't like growing in 16 degrees so I added a very small space heater to warm it up.

Day 20 update here
20181110_082139.jpg

Everybody is growing. I gave them all a light misting with rodi water this morning and watered 4 of them for the first time in three days. The middle lady looks a little over watered so she didn't get any today. Whenever I open the tent I'm greeted with a fantastic smell. I didn't think they would smell so early. I think it's great but I dont want it to fill the house as my wife is pregnant and wont be impressed lol.
In thinking of just venting the tent outside, it's set up right by my dryer exhaust so an inline fan would toss all the air in the tent outside due to negative pressure. I could care less if it smells outside as I'm in Canada and can grow legally. Would this help or do you guys think I would need carbon?

-Thanks guys
