I don't know the coco product you are using, but you had best assume that nutes will be needed. If you want to keep it really simple, just get yourself some one part Megacrop. You can probably finish the grow with nothing else if you want to, but having some cal mag on hand could help if you run into issues there. There is another website with specific information on growing cannabis in coco - Cocoforcannabis.com - you should have a look at it, there is lots of good information there. This is what I planted it in , I think it’s got nutrients added
The seaweed fertilizer may or may not get you started until you get the Megacrop, but I doubt that it will support an entire grow successfully, especially in coco. Coco is pretty much a hydroponic medium, not soil, and treating it like soil is a recipe for trouble - lots of examples here if you dig for them. In order to make coco work, you have to feed a balanced and complete diet of soluble nutrients - slow acting organic nutes intended to feed microbes will not do the job in coco.
As @Garage_Grower says, pH is important. If you can't afford a decent pH meter, you should at the very least use the pH strips or drops as best you can. Don't bother with a cheap pH meter, they are a waste of money. They do not usually last very long - mine died in a week. Apera is good bang for the buck, and that is what I am using now after learning my lesson.
Good luck with the grow, and welcome to AFN.
