With out a pic I can't help much. The only thing to cause spots and brown curling at that young age is either to hot of soil mix or burn from nutes.I would hold back on feeding nutes for a week or so and just use ph'd water and see if the new growth comes in ok.Let us no how there doing in a few days.

thank you namvet25 but up until last night I have gave them nothing but plain water and thay were potted in plagron light mix he the pictures give you a better idea I have also raised he leds up to 28 inches in case I was getting a hot spot

That's leaf burn like I said.I'm not familiar with that soil mix but you should have added some perlite to help with drainage and aeration of your soil.Does that soil contain any nutes?

So now you have them in plagron light mix so that should be ok.Where the brown spots on the leaves before you transplanted?

I couldnt see any pictures, but I hope we can resolve this. I dont think a flush would be a good idea though. Since its so young, that could be a major stress factor for it. I have a crop circle growing that is at day 42 I believe, and its a beast. I broke off the top during the preflower stretch by mistake. It still filled out really well. Turned out to be my largest plant yet. So, Im sure it will recover if we take care of it. Might want to take some pictures, and drop them off in the 24/7 live help thread. Staff only answers. So, you will get creditable knowladge. You will get good guidence faster over there. I hope you resolve your issue. and I hope to see your plant soon.

Also would like to welcome you to the family of AFN. Best place to be growing, and sharing autoflowers.

EDIT: I start seeds out in black and gold organic mix. Which Is 0.05 0.00 0.00. So, it has a smudge of N. Ive had no problems. Hope my 2 cents helps. :pass::cheers:
