Yep, the season's f*** with my drying as well. Late Spring, Summer, Early Fall I usually let them dry in bags for 4.5-5 days, then into jars, and they average rh% of 65% or so. Once forced heat is on, 3 days can be too much as humidity indoors drop significantly. First crop of the last four grown was in bag for 4.5 days and went into jars and showed 52% after 36 hours. Put a couple of bovedas 62's inside the jar and now it is at 59% (the bovedas are a bit on the older side!). The last crop of the 4 grown only dried in paper bags for less then 3 days then into jars. They showed 64% after 36 hours. Thats perfect for a nice long cure IMO. In about 5-6 weeks of burping they will be at ~58%rh, and very smokable.
