Well last night smoked some of the first SODK that we cut down and wow. It might not look great, pardon my language but holy shit it hits hard. Has a strong sativa high, all in the head, which I love. Though one too many hits and good luck staying awake haha.

Haven't decided if we are going to get new seeds yet or not. We still have 3 SODK, 4 AvT and 4 WC. We are leaning towards picking up some new strains thoigh, wewreally want to try almost everything Mephisto has.

Also, the weight is in, we are sitting at 123g off the first SODK. It might not have bag appeal but it smokes great and we have lots so I am very happy. I was hoping for at least 60g/plant, we doubled that so far and the other 3 are bigger .

Second SODK is dry and now weighed. A nice 135 grams, that puts us at just over 9oz total so far. It was even less dense than the first plant but that's ok, smoke is still amazing. Humidity is really low here so things dry pretty quick. Unfortunately I can't afford a good humidifier yet so it is just under 40% in my drying room. I will have before I harvest my next grow for sure. Also makes it really hard to time when to jar everything, one day makes a big difference.

Anyways the WC will be going in jars tonight hopefully, still hanging but it has a slight crisp to the touch. It is significantly more dense than the two sodk here are a couple pictures of what we have so far.

Thanks! One thing I wanted from this grow was a main cola bigger thank a can of coke, thanks to the White Crack I got it . Honestly I am very happy with this grow. Just a few more days and I will have WC weighed.

I seem to have to go out of the norm for drying/curing. Most places I have read it seems like 7-10 days was the standard for drying before going in jars. With the humidity here I get about 3. The second sodk went a little over 4 and it was too dry, putting it in jars did nothing. Maximum cure time seems to be about a week or so until they are completely dry. I will have some experimenting to do with how to best cure it in this climate.

I can't wait to start another grow already, I might start in a week or two. Though I might drop down to two plants. We are getting more yield than we need already, and trimming 4 large plants really sucked haha.

Part of me is jealous. 3 days of drying is super fast. Mine take 10, sometimes more. Try the boveda or integra boost packs for overdried bud. I use the 62s.

Yep, the season's f*** with my drying as well. Late Spring, Summer, Early Fall I usually let them dry in bags for 4.5-5 days, then into jars, and they average rh% of 65% or so. Once forced heat is on, 3 days can be too much as humidity indoors drop significantly. First crop of the last four grown was in bag for 4.5 days and went into jars and showed 52% after 36 hours. Put a couple of bovedas 62's inside the jar and now it is at 59% (the bovedas are a bit on the older side!). The last crop of the 4 grown only dried in paper bags for less then 3 days then into jars. They showed 64% after 36 hours. Thats perfect for a nice long cure IMO. In about 5-6 weeks of burping they will be at ~58%rh, and very smokable.
