First Grow Scrog question

Hey guys!
Newbie here


So i'm on my day 55ish from putting seed in jiffy and i am running with autopots, due to bad circumstances i only have one plant left of the first grow.

I am using a Scrog and i was wondering when do i stop moving the branch under it?

I think my plant is late due to stress early on, but it look healthy and slowly starting to create bud.

Also, should i defoliate it a lot?

looks good to me typically a plant keeps stretching for 3 to four weeks after you see the buds forming so while this is happening you can keep tuking branches when it comes to defoil id take it easy since its your first grow maybe just remove some of the bigger fan leaves that are blocking some light but no need to go nuts just yet she should fill out nicely good luck with the rest of your grow
