There's been a definite improvement since dropping the PPMS still a bit clawey, the change to micro&bloom nutes, and just generally ignoring the ladies for a few days lol...

Oooo! They’re growing now! Like you say tho.. very clawed still. You’ll deffo get some buds tho.. probably a bit stringy but there will be weed. Have you looked into reducing the amount of nitrogen they’re getting for a while? The micro has loads of N in it.
I did reduce the amount of micro on the last res change
Dirty girl is looking a little sickly again... not sure what these leaves are telling me? They're a lot more pale than this photo shows...
