Day 12 today and hardly any growth since 10, temps are still around 17 so think it may be temp is to low!
Any suggestions on heat guys how could i get it? adding another light in a week would that help??

Hey mate, is your daytime temps around 17-18celsius? If so its way too low..you need to raise it almost 10degrees for daytime, at least 6-7degrees. Even your temps for night should be minimum at 19c for them to grow. You able to get a small heater fan or radiator in there?

I think so i checked this morning around 6am and it was at 17.5, i will check today when i leave work and take some pics i will try and grab a little heater,

From my experience daytime is anything between 25-28c and for night anything between 19-23c.
In my setup temps hardly never go above 28c and below 22c. Not sure about the IDEAL temps, but somewhere I've read that daytime around 27c and night 19c is pretty darn good, but never above 30c and below 19c, never.

the fan will work well if you can get one with thermostat, I'm using one 'cause my groom is based in cold barn and it works great.

Have a good look though my journal and see what I've done with my home made heat box using a oil rad (I have the same size tent as you). It didn't cost much.
I would recommend boxing that tent in with kingspan/polystyrene/ rock wool. Mine are covered in rock wool a duvet and thick blankets and cardboard. Mine are in the loft (uninsulated), One large one and one smaller prop tent.
Intake is coming off the house and I'm getting steady temps of 21-27c, (21c light off). Rad was on all night last night (1/3 power) and gave me a stead 25c and its starting to get cold in my part of the UK.
2 lights would be good...if your going for a mars again I recommend the reflector series over the classic for the same price.

Also nake sure the bottom of the pots are sitting on something that will help keep the roots warm. Anything other than the floor.
