I agree with the masses here they look outstanding.
The other thing that i would agree with is its time to start watering them. At the point they are they can take some water, also the type of pots that you are using will allow for a nice even dry given the holes in the pots. If you want, and this is what i do, once they are this size each time they get watered i water until i get runoff. That way there is an even amount of water in the medium. Also looks like your medium is light weight, another reason to water heavey and not worry. Ypu are pretty much past the stage where overwater can kill, it still can cause issues but they can take a little more now. They will love it, and if you run O2 to the water it helps avoid over watering as well and allows for better pickup from the feed.
Usually at this size i will water heavy each time and let it all run off and then place it back in the room. I also go light with my nutes so i can feed each time with out the burn, but that takes time to learn and is a whole nother lesion.
