New Grower First grow Dinafem Roadrunner 1 and 2

Thanks HighNDry ! They are getting frosty and I'm so dang excited! My first somewhat successful grow at least so far. I dont have a jeweler's loupe for when I'm checking the trichomes. Is the leaf thing a good way to know when? I saw it on a post somewhere.

I'm not pushed on leaf system, think it's quite strain/nutrient specific. I'd only use trichs myself, cheap $5 30x loupe

Ok great thanks, I'm go grab one. I have no idea how far into flower I am because I haven't been tracking it very well. From the looks of things I figured I had 2-3 more weeks until harvest. Do you have any opinions on it maybe? I know kind of stupid question but just wondering if anyone's able to somewhat guess?

3-4 if you had to push me!
Thank you for guessing that! More than anything I was just curious about what you, the more experienced grower thought . I'll keep plugging along and keep y'all updated. I did feed them some gh calimagic at half a tsp per gallon (1/2 strength) just incase. if it is too much I'll be able to catch it without too much of an issue :pass:. If it seems to help, ill increase it another 1/4 tsp each time I feed until I'm at full strength or close to it.

Also to add, I have just bought a 40x jewelers loupe but barely allows me to see the trichomes but I'm watching a technique video to help me use it better.

Totally works, so nvm lol I just had to turn the light on!!! :coffee2: Wake and bake might be too much for me today lol, I'm oblivious to a led button.

Here's a few photos of what I believe is rr#2 and one of the rr originals. The one that has a ton more trichomes I think is the rr#2 because it's supposed to be stronger and more stable than the original rr. I'm not sure though, maybe it's just hardy compared to the other two. The main colas are forming, trichomes filling in, and the smell is intense. Its sweet, fruity, and musky.

That frost, yes pal!

Yessir! I figured out how to make the photos straight by taking a screenshot of the photo and uploading it as the screenshot. I was thinking about adding in a bloom booster/resin booster but get conflicting reports as to how well they work.

Good work

Starting with extras means you have nothing to compare to future grows. I wouldn't rock the boat now, they already look tasty :growing:
Thanks, and great point! I will keep it simple on this and possibly try some things on a couple of the buddha seedlings I got going too. I am shopping for some more seeds and was thinking about some mephisto artisinals along with something really sativa! I love the paranoia inducing racy strains if anyone has a suggestion?
