Ok cool! One of the plants, the one that was horribly stunted is exploding way more than the others. overnight it's like it doubled in size (the terminal bud) with tons of new pistils!

Maybe do a staggered harvest. You can also harvest parts of a plant at a time if lowers aren't ready

That's a good idea too, one last pic of the one that's suddenly exploding and I'm not sure why. Just tons and tons of new pistil and bud growth!

This grow is finished the first plant harvested is in a jar. The jarred plant is weak fluffy and disappointing, the other two that are hang drying are going to be great. They packed on a fair amount in the end especially for being such a crappy first time. here's the harvested pics
