New Grower First ever grow with what I have on hand

Well, I did a flash dry on the little popcorn bud I picked off her last night and stuck it in the pipe. Was just enough to fill the bowl. Was harsh due to the flash dry so I can't give a flavor profile or anything, not that I'd be any good at that anyway. Fired it up for a hit and then waited for a couple minutes. Instant couch lock. Put the pipe away with the rest of the bud still in it. Couch lock lasted about two hours, I think. I lost track of time. After a couple hours the intensity wore down some and I got a bit of the giggles. Just a nice happy head high combined with a relaxed body high for a couple more hours until I went to bed(early for me) still a bit buzzed. Slept like a baby.

In short, it was just what I was looking for when I picked this plant.

Week 10/Day 70

She didn't drink much over the last week and didn't need any water, or feed. The fan leaves she had left began to yellow again but I think it was more to do with age than anything else. She had a few amber trichs with the rest mostly cloudy and a few clear so between her dying leaves, some amber and a smoked test bud she got the chop this morning.

I trimmed her fan leaves off and left as many of the small leaves on the buds as I could. Humidity is 28% and I need her dry as slow as possible so with some foilage to draw moisture from and low temps from shutting the heat vent off in the room I'm hoping to slow things down some. Her buds will be light and airy because I muffed up her water late in the grow and her yield will not be great. But, bag appeal or yield was not one of my goals this grow and what there is seems to be potent.

Over all I'm very happy. It's awesome to smoke my own and I can't wait to for future grows and future strains. I'll have to wait for the next grow to accomplish my one goal of growing a healthy plant from start to finish. Or maybe a couple more grows, LOL.

Super stoked to have gotten this far. I'll post dry weight when they're ready to jar.
