Decided to take some natural light pics today. Although I am losing some lower leaves to yellowing, I am also watching for excessive N as a couple plants leaves are getting a bit dark and shiny. I am also getting some clawing on the top nodes' leaves on the Sour Crack.

Here is the main tent. Forum Stomper is lonely in the backup quarantine tent. Purple Scoops top left is at day 41, DGx3BOG on bottom at day 39, Sour Crack upper right at day 31. Sour Crack's nitrogen toxicity seems to have leveled off (hopefully).

This past week has seen a couple challenges. Every thing had been pretty smooth up to this point, but within the span of a couple days the DGx3BOG accelerated its bottom yellowing spreading fairly quickly. A coupe days later Purple Scoops started exibiting similar, but milder symptoms. Looks like N deficiency to my noob eye??

Both are mid to late 40 days after sprout, so seem like they are premature to begin their end of flower fade.

Since I am doing super soil, I am paranoid about running out of available nutes before the end of the grow.

I actually went ahead on 2 recent waterings and gave 1/4 strength doses of General Organics BioThrive Grow. I also gave another does of Recharge. I can’t tell if there had been any slowing of the progression yet.

On a brighter note, both those plants have seen some bud fattening and nice development of trichomes. DGx3BOG smells like dusty grape bubblegum. Purple Scoops smells like tinned fruit cocktail and has a bit of dirty sock funk in the background.

Also, Forum Stomper is finishing its stretch and now looks to possibly yield a few more grams than I originally was expecting. It’s got a pretty stereotypical cookie odor profile. Funky, yeasty and a bit sweet.

Finally, Sour Crack is producing more budsites and is having a bit of stretch for the main cola.

The plants’ combined odor will waft into the rest of the house if tents are open for a while, but the smell is still manageable. No issues at all when the tents are closed.

My newb meter says N deficiency too but they look good overall.
