New Grower First Ever Grow!! Lowryder#2 AF - Need advice!!!!!

Hi guys, finally took the plunge and built a little stealth cabinet. Covered it in mylar, fitted 3 fans and fitted 1x125w CFL Blue and 1x125w CFL Red. Temps inside cupboard are a steady 24-26c and humidity at 60%.

Germinated one seed using the paper towel trick and planted into final 12" pot (heard replant causes too much strees for AF), using BioBix AllMix soil on April 20th. April 22nd, it popped up above ground. Been making sure it gets enough water, and no nutes yet. For first few days i kept lights about 10 inches away but have since put them 5 inches away from plant.

My question now is this: as of 27th April I have noticed that it hasnt grown at all in 4 days, it looks healthy, its stood up tall, it just doesnt seem to be doing much? Is this ok????

Seedling may seem like they stopped growing but its only above ground. Its establishing a root system. I had a plant in a big gas station cup. Its tapbroot hit the bottom about 7 inches down and the plant only had two sets of true leaves. If heat humidity are right and its not yellowing or wilting i think everything is ok.

ACF is right,at this stage they seem slow but after the second and third leafs are out she'll kick in and start growing like crazy.
