Indoor First autogrow Onyx, Big Devi and White Dwarf

The top broke on the 2nd Big Devil that I lst'd....So..I'm not going to try and lst the last big devil since I now have two that are enduring my HST. The 2nd one I broke did not break clear through so hopefully it will repair itself. The first one I broke is doing fine with the two new tops already growing new leaves.

The three little re-veg freaks are starting to show new growth at last. I'm curious to see what the turn in to.

The 2nd broken Big Devil had to be topped this morning as the broken section was dying. The good news is that it too broke off above the node so regrowth should start soon.

Here's the girls at day 18.....1 Big Devil 2 Onyx and 1 White Dwarf are starting to preflower. The two Big Devisl that were topped and the Onyx and W Dwarf that were LST'd are not showing sex and are about 5 days behind the rest in size. I un-tied the lst's last night and will just grow them au natural.

This is the grow room and veggie garden. We have eggplant,green peppers,jalepenos,red potatoes,tomatoes, radishes, carrots, and swiss chard. In the tent are the girls at day 21. They have really started to take off. I have 100% females as they are all showing preflowers. In the front row are the three stooges in the front left corner going through re-veg.The small one in the front is an Onyx 2nd from the left. The two bigger plants in the front row are White Dwarfs. In the middle row from left to right are an Onyx, Big Devil, and another Big Devil, The back row, left to right.....Northern Lights (photo period mama plant) Onyx and Big Devil.

All the girls that I left alone are showing bud sites and starting to flower. The Lst'd Onyx and White Dwarf are about 5 days behind the rest and the two Big devils that were topped are a full week behind the flowering plants. They are coming on strong and should be able to catch up.
I started feeding 1/2 tsp per gallon of water of Fox Farm Grow Big and a 1/4 tsp per gal of Super Thrive plant vitamins. They like thais feeding schedule.

There was some concern by some posters early in this grow that my soil mix might be too hot. As you can see by the pic's the ladies seem to be very comfortable .

how did the devils take to being topped? i thought the veg time would be too short for it to be more effective than some l.s.t.?

Rookie mistake....I was bending a Big Devil over to lst when the top broke......So being the genious that I am I went to the next big devil, tried to lst it and broke the top off again!
I was experimenting with lst vs non-lst to see if the yield would be significantly different. After I broke the second top I put my hands in my pockets to keep the rest of my girls safe!

The topped plants will probably give me similar results to what a lst'd plant would so the experiment is not a complete bust.

I did lst an Onyx and a White Dwarf but untied them when the un-molested plants showed much better growth.

I really like the looks of the Onyx, it is a beautiful shaped plant.

Top row are the Big Devils. All three are the same age. The one in the center has not been molested but the smaller plants on either side have been topped. As you can see, the topped plants growth has been severely retarded.

On the bottom row left is the White Dwarf and the bottom center is an Onyx

Nice setup. I am currently growing some White dwarfs and Red dwarfs. You can check out some of my pics and info in my grow journal in new growers forum. The white dwarfs seemed really hardy. I did have 1 problem with a seed that wouldn't shed its pod. I tried to help it but it died. 2 of the plants are 24-25 inches and 2 are 35-36 inches high. Used 1 400W MH for grow then 600W HPS for flower.

DAY 24
Christmas Eve and all is well! The Onyx and White Dwarf are starting to flower. Two of the Big Devil are showing pre-flowers and the stunte runt is still trying to catch up. Mama Northern Lights is the bush in the back row left. The center plant is One of the Big Devil's that stunted after being accidently topped. It looks like we'll be finished with this grow around the 3d or 4th week of Jan. The seedlings are my next grow of predominantly sativa..1 Super Lemon Haze, 2 Nirvana Urban Poison, 2 nirvana Jock Horror 2 White Widow and one White Shark. This will be a photo grow wich I'll journal there.
