Mephisto Genetics First Auto Grow - Mephisto Double Grape in soil with GBD SS mix

Thanks @MissUniverse . I purchased the DG seeds in November 2017, so I don't think it was the original but rather the reproduced version. I am hoping she turns out to be some great meds, fingers crossed.

Thanks @Scribble420 , she proved to be an easy grow that yielded well. Whats not to like?
It was most likely the stabilized ones released later on as a ltd or whatever. Thanks for the info and thanks for documenting the grow, it will help when I do a dg again.

Dry weight totals. 79.8 grams of buds, and 14.0 grams of popcorn buds and trim. I am very happy with these numbers as they are right inline with what I was hoping for in terms of weight. The buds were a bit over dry as I used a new method to dry since my old method would not have been able to handle this amount. They went into jars with 62 Boveda packs and Caliber IV hygrometers to begin the cure. I will begin smoke testing in the coming weeks and give my evaluation. Thanks for all who gave me help and ear to bounce my thoughts and idea off of. I only wish I could share with you. Finally thanks to Mephisto for these fine genetics, they definitely made a believer out of an old photoperiod grower. See you all soon.

Nice! 3 zips is great! Congrats again! Enjoy the grapey goodness.

Thanks @Scribble420 , @Seabass , @Mizzo81 . She sure was a looker, and easy to care for. Learned a lot from her, that will be used in my next attempt.
Just hoping I see a difference in the final product since I went about the whole grow organically. It will be a long, long wait until the cure is complete.

loved the double grape report. I have some coming up on my next grow. Just a comment on total grow time. I finished some sour bubbly, deep blue C, and Heisenberg special. They all went around 100 days before any amber appeared. They were in organic soil, 2 gallon pots and under two 400 watt lamps(MH and HPS).

Lighting, environment, and nutes all play a part (IMO), and I was running my maiden voyage in a completely new cabinet built specifically for autos. My intakes (for air) were at the bottom of the cab, and the ambient room temps affected the "lights off" temps in the cab. The lows on some mornings for the first three weeks reached 59*F. I think that and the organic nutes combined to slow things by about 2 weeks. Also, I am going to drop pot size from 5gallon to 3 gallon. Going to work to change what I can for the next grow, scheduled to start in the next few days. Thinking of running Strawberry Nuggets and Sour Crack or Sour Crinkle next, so many choices, so little time. Thanks for stopping by.
