Indoor FFOF and GH Nutes. When is too soon to feed?

I'm using OF/Perlite mix (80/20) and was planning on using the Lucas Formula for nutes.
My question is how soon is too soon to feed my plants some Nutes?

They are 9 days old and I made a mix of Lucas Formula at 1/4 strength to water them today. Is it too soon to feed them considering they are in OF?

I saw on the Lucas formula website it says seedlings do to 1/2 strength and I did only a 1/4 so I figured it might be safe, but I wasn't sure since I know OF has Nutes in it already.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure it's diluted 1/4 sounds adequate...I usually start feeding at 2 weeks and increasing (slowly) the strength of nutrients evey 2-3 waterings. Inbetween, plain tap water sitting out and pH adjusted. I like using Super Thrive through out....it's usually every 3rd plain waterings. Be careful not to drown!! Let OF/perlite dry out on top, damp about 1/2"-1.5" as plant roots grow. When switching from vegg to flwr, I run a lot of pH balanced plain water to run through, then start 1/4 flwr and increase doseage accordingly. Last 1-2 weeks, water only so you don't get that upper palate 'funny chem' aftertaste.
