Technically yes, but you would be disappointed with the result most likely, and you can't continue the breeding program past F1 or maybe F2 with good stable and viable seed... if you cross male and a femmed bean the genetics will no longer be 100% female or autoflower unless both parents are properly selected, and the gene pool gets watered down and you start seeing really weird looking plants. It seems like most femmed beans I've gotten (usually freebies) have almost all been a mutant in some way (not always bad) and to make any seeds with them seems pointless cause you're starting with unstable genetics, and it only gets worse...
