I agree with izzy,my gsc is 40 plus days now and is still making the switch to flower, so they defo give u plenty of time regarding veg growth,cnt be bad and i have heavy trimmed my girl along the way for all to see.dont slow them down 1 bit .if ur plants slows down then its a grower error not the plant happy growing every1

I chose to slow mine down on purpose, not grower error at all. If you take the top leading leaves, its not really defoliation, more tactical than that to be honest. It can have a similar effect as topping, the lowers tend to branch more by slowing the central cola down. Probably is strain dependent to a degree and could have an adverse effect on the wrong one.

Nudger, Maybe i miss read ur post?. I thought u said defol slowed a auto plant down,not true if done at the correct time .and ur right if u remove the supporting leafs of the main cola, will indeed slow that branches growth.side branches tent to then take over the main cola and tower it.so finding the sweetspot i still have to find.and its always strain dependant to how the plant reacts to ur treatment.but topping then later lst works awsome good work ,keep up the auto love.happy growing

The girls at day 45 both showing signs of flower i did a mini defol and some supercropping today these girls just keep getting bigger the gsc is almost the size of the glue didn't expect that at all, the 3rd and 4th pic are both the gsc she has a really nice structure some undercarriage on her I will cringe the day I chop the lowers thinking about cloning them lol the last pic is of the glue just taking everything I've thrown at her will be hitting them with some recharge in a few days just in time for flower
