If you have Earth Juice Micro Blast, a real dilute foliar misting may pull that girl through. Have Kelp and Humic Acid? You can also use them or even your regular base nutrients <150 PPM. I listed them in the order of my preference. :goodluck:

Thank you MOG, I did give her some nutes and added Liquid Karma, Impello Lumina and Recharge

DAY 23

Morning Growmies

I have been going around reading a lot of posts on AFN, and I see that some people like to check run off now and again just to know what is going on in their pots. (I have never ever tested runoff)

My lady is due to be transplanted this week, so I was looking over at her new freshly poured home (5G Autopot Springpot bag filled with just Canna coco) and thought, just for sh*ts and giggles, why not pour some RO water through it and test the runoff before I transplant her into it? Sweet Holy Moses, I am glad I did. :nono: Runoff looked like muddy sludge, PPM 1900, and pH 7.2. WTH? So….I ran 4 gallons of RO water through it then 2 gallons properly pH'd RO water with 200ppm of Cal/Mag & 300ppm of nutes. Finally, what went in=what came out. Also, run off was a light caramel color, not dark sludge.

I am drying out the coco a bit under a fan and will transplant my little one into her new bag in a few days. At least now I know what the conditions are in the coco for her! Maybe that is why I always run into issues about week 4-5? Who knows...but I am glad I checked. I am not going to let my OCD take control and continuously check run off, but I think I might start to check it here and there to make sure everything is in balance. My question is...since she is in the same coco from the same bag, what is going on in the pot she is in now?? However, I am not going to mess with it. I know her next home is properly in balance.

XOXO
Mom

Day 23

The FBT2201 appears more vigorous than the Trainwreck. After potting up they both put on a burst of growth. I up-potted on Friday and it is now Sunday. Today, I decided to remove the upper fans to get light to the lower colas. I'm not sure how training will proceed from here - I'll just let the plants guide me like I usually do. Here the pictures. In a few days they'll look very different!

Oh yeah... And no clones for sale at the expo. I met someone who can help me go into legal business in this state for free, got a crapload of free nutes. I met two seedbank reps (don't like the banks) and a couple of breeders but no seeds that interested me. I was hoping there would be a lot of locals but most of the locals were banks, i.e, financial institutions.

FBT2201: Day 18 - Getting 400ml every other day of 80% strength Jacks 3/2/1 which, the 80% formula is actually 3/2/1 grams. I've been playing around a bit with adding a silica supplement first. I find that right around 0.8-1.0ml brings the pH to a steady 5.9/6.0 whereas just the base nutes in 1 gallon of distilled water is 5.5pH

Quite nice not to need pH adjustments, but I still check ppm/pH before adding anything.
