New Grower Fast and vast slow growth.

Hello is there any reason why my plant is growing slow? It's tiny and it's around a month old .I'm using tap water but lately only distilled water and it's still not improving . I don't over water or underwater and the soil is a 50|50 mix of ocean forrest and light wairror.

I'm doing indoor under a 300w mars hydro led panal it's the one on the right.

We might need some more info. Others with more experience than I will probably chime in. First never use tap water, that's probably where the problem lies, bad roots. I believe purified water is whats best for indoor. If you can afford it get a root simulator like Canna Rhizozime. Good luck.

i switched to distilled water and im planning to boil some water then ph it . Should that help?
the temperature is around 75 to 80 degrees and im using the full 5ml master pack by roots organics once a week or less if my plants dont seem to need it.

I'm fairly new but managed too learned from some of mistakes lol but also learned more from this lovely community.. soo take it for what it is.. I'd say use bottled spring water instead of disttled.. distilled water seems to speed problems along, at least in my opinion.. also there's always the possibility of ph playing its part. Last thought is when I used the fabic pots I always thought they were prone to dry spots in the soil.. most of the time I had problems with fabric smart pots was when i started my girls in a 3 gallon.. the pots do dry nice and quick but getting that even watering when they are still building that root zone I felt was tricky.. I am high soo just my thoughts lol
