Alright guys I have been looking forward to this grow battle. Thank you @Fairlynew for the challenge, @Magic for the setup, @A-Train for inviting me to AFN, @mephisto for the bomb ass genetics, and @everyoneelsethat'scool:smoking: for being here on AFN.

A short summary of my setup:

I'll be in my very first tent, inside my closet, currently being used solely for drying. A Growlab GL80 (.8m x .8m) illuminated by my first "DIY", 129w of mars to Cree Cob power. 4" Phresh Filter pulled by a 4" nobrand inline fan and exhausted into the attic.

Two White Chem seeds were sown in 4" rootmaker propagation pots; the best will be transplanted to her final container. She will be grown in a 7 gallon smart pot, top half filled with coots recipe soil in a 25% peat, 25% coco, 25% worm castings, 12.5% perlite, 12.5% rice hulls base. Bottom half will be the same base soil, amended at half strength coots nutes, and enhanced with the Mephisto Autoflower Super Soil nutrient mix by @gbd. She will receive the only tap water this grow, self watered from a perlite wick bed beneath.

This grow will be a good opportunity for me to play with my new camera also, so you all can be victims of me stumbling around with a dslr. :smoking:

Both were planted in soil on 7/17 and both sprouted above soil on 7/21.

They're both looking great, hopefully one excels and makes my decision easier next week.

Good luck to you @Fairlynew, it appears as yours is already a little ahead of mine. :toke:

:worship::growing:

Cool set up atulip I just went with one seed in a three gallon bucket' I will be using a mix of green planet and A/N rh 50% at all times 80 degrees constantly and I will be growing using 24/7 light regime. The 18th was its first day making them 9 days old. I should have a new light by friday by all rights a new high end one to be announced

Good stuff going on in here. Glad to see you two squaring off I look up to both of you more than you know. Before long I'll be using the feeds and nutes that @Fairlynew has taught me from the beginning and I'll be using the custom lights made by myself that @Atulip has helped me understand and design so my whole growing style centers around the knowledge I have gained from you two.

Good luck to you both
