Take off all the grown out leaves. You need to minimize transpiration until the roots have reEstablished themselves.
I have transplanted many a tiny tree(bonsai) and when doing that we reForm the roots(we take off about 80% of the rootmass. The reason we can do that is because we defoliate it and only leave shoots on. That way the plant can't expend the minimal amount of water it can take up. You should also not fertilize for a week. Straight up water.
This is going to set you back two weeks but will maximize your chances to maintain the plant.
Thankyou @Druid
I can't take their leaves off though. I understand what you're saying but they're only ten days old and I dont want to hurt them more. The LSD only had 2 leaves to begin with ..
Thankyou for the tip though. At some point it will probably be useful!
I don't think there's really anything I can do at this point. They'll either live or they won't. I have more seeds and standing over them crying was probably scaring them more than anything..
Thankyou @Druid

That's what I ended up doing and logged back in to show you. The LSD doesn't look too bad tbh. It's lopsided but her leaves don't look sad. I suspect she had less root mass to be damaged or shocked and think she was out of her pot the least amount of time. I left her alone for now.
Here's Crystal Meth. Sigh. She was sooo perfect!! One thing... Her root mass was huge. The tap root was probably close to 8 inches already. She seems vigorous. That's a good thing!
