@Frankthetank it's both. I tie it all down with garden staples and a spool of garden tie line. It's basically a huge bread / trash bag tie that I can cut however long I want and adjust super easy for the rest of the grow. I go slow with each branch though. Just like when you stretch your muscles. It'll give if you give it a moment to adjust. Then you bend it some more. Give it a minute.. it takes a little bit of time but is not difficult. When the tips turn up about an hour or so later they should all be level across the top. They won't stay level. But a little twist on your tie shows them where they belong. It works for me. I think everybody finds something that makes sense for them.

Good evening @Eyeoftheworld I've jarred up my buds to cure and I've had me a little sample , all I can say is that when this is fully cured it is going to be seriously potent , my head is clear and feeling beautifully stoned Overgrow seems to be doing it's job , you can see the difference , are you going to hold back on the nutes or not ?
