Regenerative agriculture is a conservation and rehabilitation approach to food and farming systems. It focuses on
topsoil regeneration, increasing
biodiversity,
[1] improving the
water cycle,
[2] enhancing
ecosystem services, supporting
biosequestration, increasing resilience to
climate change, and strengthening the health and vitality of farm soil. Practices include recycling as much farm waste as possible and adding
composted material from sources outside the farm.
[3][4][5][6]
Regenerative agriculture on small farms and gardens is often based on philosophies like
permaculture,
agroecology,
agroforestry,
restoration ecology,
keyline design, and
holistic management. Large farms tend to be less philosophy driven and often use "
no-till" and/or "reduced till" practices.
On a regenerative farm, yield should increase over time. As the topsoil deepens, production may increase and fewer external compost inputs are required. Actual output is dependent on the nutritional value of the composting materials and the
structure and content of the soil.

In addition to a long list of incredible benefits for farmers and their crops, regenerative agriculture practices help us fight the climate crisis by pulling carbon from the atmosphere and sequestering it in the ground.

Why Regenerative Agriculture? “If you’ve never heard about the amazing potential of regenerative agriculture and land use practices to naturally sequester a critical mass of CO2 in the soil and forests, you’re not alone. One of the best-kept secrets in the world today is that the solution to...

Some people might be asking WTF!?! why ya back, or here, or whatever..I understand that query.well quite honestly the genetics have grow far stronger over the years and shouldn't be in many cases looked at as overly delicate autoflower plants. Also, my lower lumbar spine is covered in lesions(small yet still there and essentially unstoppable,SO)and the larger one in my brain.so, before I become unavailable to much,I thought Id try to re do sorta, the autoflower organic game in shake n bake style. since actual composting and all the stuffs Id need to do what I do, I'm totally unable to do because of pain and all that jazz.SO, as when I first came here years ago I decided to help people as a little bit of a more modern template, short of growing and rather farming your own composts and soils which I did for a time myself.
@hecno is someone who understands his local diversity, microbes and the ground. So before I become emotionally and/or cognitively unavailable I thought Id try one last or almost last time before I truly go away for a good while. So, here we bees.
This is a simple method for achieving a good healthy grow with soil that can be reused or, for your other gardens and so forth.Or better yet add it to a No till start up bed somewhere.Be well everyone and ill be here n there as I get up n running which Im gonna be cussing n fussing n shit cuz its a LOT of work for a broke ass like me Okay enough of the downer blues
