New Grower elemental day and night fan speed controller

Hey guys I'm about to grab one of these little units to control temp it's a elemental day and night fan speed controller.anyone else used this little gizmo on here.been told that it doesn't completely shut off fans they only slow down or speed up to reach set temp.

Keen to get this exact one hoping to hear some feedback.
