Wow look at that color! Heh could you imagine not telling you buddy it was a color strain and be like you gotta come over I think I got a problem lol. I got 4 more seeds then for sure going to order a purple and red maybe a deep blue c.

hey Chuck, yea these Sweet Red Family really color up nice. I seen sourB's grow, so I knew what to expect LOL.if you didn't know it was supposed to do this, I'd probably kill it trying to cure it LOL!

just a little update. this thing is exploding with growth. at least 1-1 1/2 in a day. up to 17in. and the color WOW! straight up black6-7.8 with white pistols. absolutely stunning! don't know if the black is phenol related or maybe a reaction from my early PH issues, either way it looks cool as hell. soil ph is still low at 5.8-6 so she's getting plain aged and bubbled water at 7.8 and seems to be working so I'm not massing with it.
18/6 light schedule, temps 77-81 lights on, 68-72 lights out, RH 36-60

4) soil is a 50/50 mix of sunshine mix #4 and OF with the middle core of SSM#4. I like the look of the SSM#4, very light with plenty of chunky perlite and very few sticks.i don't belive this has any kind of pre-charge and it comes in a bale like promix, so it needed to be broke up.as for the core I put a round bottle in the pot and filled up with the 50/50 mix spraying PH 6.5 water every couple of inches and lightly tamping down until I'm about 3-4 inches from where I want it to be. spinkle some mycro in straight SSM#4 and fill the hole up, spraying PH water every few inches. then fill up the pot with SSM#4.

Sunshine Mix #4 Has a starter fertilizer which last for two to three waterings and will not affect the mycorrhizal growth.
