Girls get used to lights, your old girls grew into the light and it was weaker. Now you have that light it is so much brighter. Your next new girls will be fine. I have moved mine to the edges before to lower intensity as my height is restricted.

My girl sure looks completely different then what I have grown before.

Meaning she is shorter, darker green and much more healthy looking also.

I think that's a good idea, so you can see how the plant does under that new light.

My plants took a beating after i put in a new LED light too.. those things can sure be powerful!
