New Grower DWC, Led, First time grow (3x Think Different)

Hi Faquarl, I've had the same problem in DWC. Make sure you don't fill the res above the bottom of the net pot. Definitely get some Mg/Cal supplement. My biggest issue has been Mg deficiency. Don't worry about the damaged lower leaves. I leave them on others remove them. Good luck!

Can anyone help me decide if i should by some cal/mg? And since the start the leaves arent really standing up, which i would guess is over or underwatering but im using dwc, this left me puzzled.

Hi Faquarl, they look hungry to me and I do think the spots show a need for cal/mg. Autos tend to be cal/mag hogs especially under LEDs. They are old enough to start upping the nute levels. What is your pH running? Are you checking it daily as it will tend to get too high

Yeah bro.. You need some cal-mg supplement in your feed.. Up the feed as well as they're showing hunger also :Sharing One:

Morning Faquarl, I think the bushy structure you have with these may be from having the lights a bit to close during stretch. The slightly droopy leaves can also be a response to too much light. You could try raising them a little for a couple of day and see if the leaves respond.

Watch your humidity and air movement once the buds really start to develop as the dense structure can be more susceptible to mold but at this point it looks like you will be well rewarded for your efforts

sry faquarl just saw your reply to me from last week.
there is a lot of traffic on the dp forum check out the think different thread

Plants are looking great! You can certainly try some gentle LST but it doesn't look like you have too much space to play with in your DWC setup. Once they are in full boom I would probably start to lower the light.

I think with your next grow if you get them to really stretch early on by keeping the lights higher you might be ok. I would at least give it a shot before making a major change to your setup. You could create a "X" trellis out f some bamboo or the like, place it horizontally over the plants and train them away from each other.

digging the hydro set-up.i want to try this in the future. nice plants

Might just be doing a TD DWC next round. :) Great looking gals!
