Been having some challenges keeping pH stable. It's a big plant and the roots have occupied almost all of the res so pH moves like crazy. I few spots here and there from where it fell out of range overnight so I have been checking on it every 3-6 hours (including overnight) to try to keep it in range. pH swings have reduced now - doing a full res change every 5 days helped

And root pruning, is that not good to do at this point?

I pre mix my ph adjusters but vary mix vol. based on readings.

I don't prune roots. Ever.

No do not add PH buffers or nutrients directly to the reservoir. Always dilute it in a cup or two of water first.
