Indoor Duurty Dragon X GHAZE C99 (C99)

Small Update
  • I’m back & starting off with a cross I did like 10 yrs ago of Duurty Dragons X GHAZE C99 (C99)

The seeds being so old we’re somewhat difficult & very slow to germinate but they’re moving along quite well now.

Germinated 12 and kept the top 5 seedlings. 1 is a buy and 2 have shown as females. Took the male out today.

Glad to be back!! OG account:OoOgAuTo forgot the password so it’s Jr now!

    Thanks for the love!

Things are moving along well! This setup is brand new and this is my first grow in maybe 10 yrs. I did get some LED burn on some leaves so I’m learning and adjusting that light.

The male was removed and there is 3 females confirmed now! Still waiting on 1 to show sex.

The original seeds purchased probably over 10 years ago when I was first on AFN. I definitely plan on growing all of these in the future as well crosses to for my own seed stock 1) GHAZE X C99 X c99, 2) Dragon Blueberry, 3) Duurty Dragon 4) Dragon Mix 5) Highrise Auto Mix

    Week 3 Day 27
  • 3/14 Update - This is my first grow in alomst 10 years and I dont know whats good or just average but I would say this week was pretty impressive and the babies showed great growth. So far we have 3 girls. I removed 1 boy mid last week. And there is still 1 pheno that hasnt sexed yet.

I added the SpiderFarmer Se3000, this is my first time using this light and I had the lights way to close and caused some LED burn (I think). Moved to 20 inches away.

My heater started malfuntioning and eventually broke this week. That caused some drops in temps, one night being 64F. I got a new cheap heater but it doesnt have a built in thermostat so than I experienced high temps of 88F.

My res water temps got too high, hitting 76 at one point. I added insulation around the buckets and some for the top but I'm not using them, its a hassle taking them off all the time to check the PPMs & PH.

This week I added the bloom additives.

My buckets are 5 gallons but I'm only adding 3 gallons at the moment. The PPM ended up being 1400-1415 which I wasnt intending on. I think next week I will lower the Base nutrients.

Before adding nutes I add one pinch of Vitamin C in each bucket to kill the chlorine & chloramines in the tap water

Micrco Grow Bloom - 34ml each
    Bud Ignitor - 11ml
    Bud candy - 11ml
    Terpinator - 20ml
    Flower Fuel - 1/4teaspoon
    Hydroguard - 8ml

After changing the buckets I decided to start LST, using some LST clips from Amazon.

    Week 4 Day 28
  • 3/15 Update - After 24hrs they seem to be responding well to the LST clips and the higher PPM's. I have not performed LST on the pheno E due to its size. With 2 plants the nodes stretched over night so I added more LST clips to the nodes. So far so good!

    Week 7 Day 49
  • Week 10
  • The Dragons have been doing well. In the past week or two I had turned me LEF’s to 100 percent and burnt them a little. I’m also sure they maybe been nutrient deference’s or lock out. I added cal mag to regime and new growth had been better. Also I was topping off my dwc buckets with plain water and just learned you have to have some nutes to your top offs so maybe that was a problem too.

So I’m in week 10 and the buds are starting to really fatten up. 1 pheno type is quite impressive in regards to yield, cola production and the resin production is good too.

1 pheno did not respond well at all to cropping but had great most resin production but the buds seem airy.

The other 2 phenos are average in growth and yield but have some nice colas and decent resin production.

I think I have 1-2 weeks until flush.

    A Beautiful Dragon Harvey
  • So these dragons have been drying and curing for the past 4-5 weeks. My largest specimen yielded a little over 5 ounces. The buds are frosty and dense close to dispensary consistency. I weighed one little nug and it was a surprising 3.9 grams. I have to finish weighing all the bags. I did smoke a couple of joints off 2 out of the 4 dragons. 1 bag (cured in grove bags) smelt just like blueberries…maybe it was actually crossed with a dragon blueberry. Taste is just for ok for me (I normally smoke rs-54 & cherry popperz) I’d say it smokes like some stuff around 200 on oz.
I plan to press a lot of this into rosin and I can’t wait to taste the blueberry Terpene.
