if you don't know what to try and since you love cheese strain i can suggest you auto blue-cheese from dinafem it's taste is wonderful

Just wondering sb how far away do you have your lights when in seedling mode?

Seymour,

Excellent grows on all of your threads. I signed up here just to say that. I do have a small complaint though

Two of your last three grows (of which I read every single post) doesn't have picture of dry weight buds, nor the weight of the harvest. Is there a reason you tease me for hours then give me no money shot???

The StarRyder you said:
"i didnt weigh the starRyder mate, as it was a case of just getting rid of stuff and everything related to growing" which is cool, you have your reasons

The blue / Mazar your last post on the thread was pictures of the before chopping then no after :(

I just checked my camera and I didn't take any harvest pics so apologises for that but I can tell you that she would not have weighed less than 5 oz as that's pretty much lowest I ever expect to yield per plant from my setup using autos

as for her smoking qualities she was more head high with slight body so personally I think the effects could have been better maybe a 50/50 mix of amber and cloudy trichs would have seen to this, also on the inhale their was plenty of flavour but after the exhale their was no lasting after taste like you get from some strains, im no 100% sure what the soil growers got form their end product in terms of flavour but from hydro grown this strain did not tick that box which is unusual as blueberry always has a nice after hit

there were also a lot of varying phenos grown out from this cross so to get the exact same plants that I grew could be a bit hit and miss, in order to see how wide the genetic spread is you would have to grow out at least 10 seeds and see how many of them look different to each other and im sure with further breeding you could narrow this down to just a few plants with the best traits from the parentage

all in all id say she was average for a 1st time cross but with more breeding the bam could be turned into something special, ive been smoking a lot of blue cheese lately and their is no denying the blueberry after taste you get from that strain on the exhale as it comes through with her little tickle of the throat I just found that to be missing from this cross

bluberry and mazar autos are both great strains on individual merit with me leaning towards blueberry as the preferred smoke but I don't think this cross did either strain any justice in trying to infuse both genetics together but im sure their is a nice pheno in their somewhere it just seems hassle to look for her especialy has you already have auto blueberry and auto mazar to choose from

:peace::bow::grat:amazing grow what you can do with a plant is truly amazing thanks for sharing your expertise with us. one question you measure in ec how do you translate ec into ppm? is measuring ec more accurate than ppm?:peace:

the ec measure is the same all over the world but ppm can vary depending on which conversion chart you use so it would be so much easier if everybody used ec when measuring the strength of their feed

you can google "ec - ppm chart" for conversion tables

hope this helps
