@Notaclue, as far as i know Dutch Passion has always delivered.
Normally when seeds dont grow anymore then a small taproot its something wrong with the medium or the water, its some kind of contamination in there there shouldnt be there.
Touching the root at that stage when moving the seeds from a plate/paper can lead to problems if your fingers/gloves or not sterile.
If they die in the soil/coco it's either to wet/dry or to strong lights that penetrates the surface hurting their root, if we assume your medium is having a correct Ph and a EC.
Autoultimate its one of their strongest plants with great genetics.
Ive done more then a few of that strain.
If you get your hands on some seeds again i will help you though to process. Just tag me before you start, its a piece of cake getting their seeds to germinate.
Putting the seeds in a glass of water and waiting for the seeds to sink its basically a bulletproof way to success. 12-24 hours in water (~20°C) and then into your medium works like a charm.
