New Grower Dutch Passion autos under 200w LED

So I started germinating my seeds last night. I placed the seeds on 2 moist paper towels and then folded over. They are currnely sat in a sealed plastic tub on top of my sky box wrapped in a towel. They have been sat for about 18hrs now, couldnt help but have a peek, nothing to report! :) Feeling I should of just planted straight into 10L airpots? Could I still do this?

You could go straight into airports, what's your medium? I might be hesitant with some soils.

I put my seeds in a cup of warm water on top of my fridge for 36 hours then into coco. They require at least 24 hours wet to kick them off.

yo guys

Desperately seeking some guidance, thinking I may of made a few costly rookie errors.

So after leaving my seeds in paper towels for 48hrs, I let my impatience get the better of me and planted them directly into the 10L airpots they will be finishing in. I made a hole in the soil about 2cm deep using a pen and gently placed the seeds in using a pair of tweezers. The cookie seeds looked like they had cracked but no taproot? The brooklyn seeds looked exactly the same as when they came out of the pack. Once in soil I moistened the top soil of each pot with about 50ml of tap water. My 200W led is 30" above the pots with full spectrum. Temp is 22.2 and RH 42%.

Really appreciate any thoughts/help !

If you have some small plastic cups or bowls something that lets a little bit of light through you could put them down over the top of those seeds. To help hold in humidity, as soon as they sprout you'll want to raise the cups up a pencils width to let air under. Probably won't need to do anything else, but spray the surface of the soil to keep it moist.

I just use a 1 or 2 liter plastic bottle cut in half for a humidity dome. If the soil was wet when you put them in and you sprayed it down after you planted them, be sure to be real careful about adding water anytime soon. Don't start off overwatering. I have killed more seedlings in big pots that way. I think I finally got over the dread disease known as overwatered syndrome. :yay:

Oh I thought of something else. You already did it so just something to think about for your time next grow if you survive this one. I say that because you have selected some great genetics to grow and if your pots were any bigger I would say you were going to outgrow your tent with those girls. I think you choose wisely for the number of plants and size of tent. After the next 3 months of growing those DPs you are going to have a lot of plant in that tent. Next time if you use DP genetics, get a 25 liter pot and grow just one or two in that same tent and you will probably get a bigger and better yeild. Their beans have amazing potential to create monster plants. Good luck and :karmacloud:
