They were looking so pretty when I decided to LST them.
I may have been too aggressive for the first LST. I pulled the main stem down and tied it to the side of the pot. It did enable me to get both plants more toward the middle of the light. After a few days some of the lower shoots started to reach up. I guess that's the point, right?
Here I show the stem right at the soil line. It looks like it's about 45 degrees. I was wondering if I went too far and if I damaged the roots. Was I too aggressive ?
A couple of side by side shots. Plant 01 is on the right and you can see it's bigger. Although Interestingly enough plant 02 seems to suck up water faster. I've been watering 1/2 from the bottom and 1/2 from the top and 02 always drinks up first. Maybe she's focusing on roots more?

One should also tied the main stem (near the soil)to the pot in the oposite direction of the branch; from your pictures I cannot tell if you have done it .
The main stem is tied in one spot pretty high up to make it lean on the top of the pot. Should I tie it to pull the other direction? For example, if the initial tie down is at 9 O'Clock should I tie the branch at 3 O'Clock?
