Hey dubv. I haven't had time to catch up on this thread.. I was curious about your leds. Have you did a comparison about the cost of your electric from running 2 magnums instead of a 1000 watt? I ask because I run a hps now and would like to upgrade to led for m 4x4 tent. I actually am about to buy the 5x9 guerrilla grow tent and am looking for alternative to 2 1000 watters. What would u recommend for that size in led? I do not want to sacrifice quality at all and have no problem spending extra on the led. Also hows your temps work out with those 2 in there? Sorry some of these answers may be in thread I definately will read n check out. Thanks

@ DreamTeam I have only grown indoors with led and cfls bro but I can tell you 2 magnum plus leds cover a 5x5 area just fine :thumbs: Power consumption is way less than a hps. First off full power draw for 2 is just over 700 watts. However, I do 2 days blue spectrum which is half that power consumption and 1 day full spectrum rotation for the first 6 weeks. It cost more to run my 500watt cfl closet than it does to run magnums. Temps are not an issue as long as you pull the heat off the top of the leds with your exhaust. The hottest temp I have ever gotten come off of them was 94 degrees. So not an issue. Last grow was a gram per watt as well and that's just scratching the surface with these leds bro.
