Pretty much all of the nutrients on the market today will work. Some better then others of course. In my opinion only the easiest to use is Mega Crop. It's easy to use and does a fantastic job. And if you are using Pro Mix (I think that's what I read) then you don't need to adjust the pH it has lime in the mix.

Is this the one you mean? It is available on Amazon and can be here Monday and for me time is not on my side so this would be great.

That would work really well for your plant in the stage it's at. @LoveDaAutos nailed it with that recommendation. Loaded with aminos, silica and other goodies that will be a lot better for your plant than that basic stuff you're using now. Designed to grow pot and give it everything it needs and more. I have an earlier version of it and it grew well enough but seemed a bit lacking plus the calcium nitrate balls in it soaked up moisture from the air and turned it all into gooey sludge. I think they've fixed that but keep it well sealed up when not in use.

I've used AN nutes for 20 years and they always get the job done but you need to have a good understanding of plant nutrition and it's varies growth stages to get the most out of them but can tailor your nutrient inputs a lot better once you get it all figured out. Their nute charts are too simplistic and way to heavy for almost all plants so a lot of people burn their plants blindly following their advice. Never have to worry about pH tho especially if you use good RO water which is all I use on my indoor plants. The ones in the garden are getting mostly tap water that comes from the dugout on my property and just has basic filtering with no chlorine or other treatment. pH 8+ with around 400ppm so not great for potted plants.

I tested my water today with my aquarium tester it is 7.4. I googled this does not seem good what can I do to get it down?
The bottom leaves are looking worse and even my plants that are doing good are starting to have yellowing bottom leaves too.
Today I upped the fertilizer I was putting instead of 1/8 the amount of the 15-30-15 in water I put 1/4. I will go out looking for more suitable food the 10-5-5 I can likely get around here anything better I will likely have to order online. Can anyone recommend which to go with? Should I change now or just get better products for next year?
The drooping looks a little better but the fading is getting worse.

thank you all for your help and advice I am full of questions.
I use store bought bottled lemon juice. Cheap and a little goes a long way. I drop the ph to about 6.3-6.5. I also use Advanced Nutrients with no issue. Good luck

If your plants have constantly droopy leaves they are likely lacking water. Could also be that the roots have been swamped, started to go brown and die from overwatering. Tho they also droop depening on the time of day. You might notice that close to their bedtime leaves begin to sag and perk up again when it's time for sun again.

You should measure the ph after adding the nutes.
Getting some fertilizer that's purpose blended is a good idea, on a seperate but somewhat related note: Those leaves might just not get enough sun, so they yellow and fall off.

Outdoors no leaf is going without light. Even on my 4ft indoor plants under a 600W HPS my lower leaves don't yellow until late in flowering. My outdoor ones are loving the heat wave!

ok, great...remember, small changes, wait...5.8 to 6.2 area is what I shoot for.....high or low ph can lock out nutrients.....I use a couple drops of just plain vinegar to lower mine after I've added nutes, and wait an hour and checked again. Remember to try small changes, especially in soil...It will take some time to show up in the plant (which truthfully isn't looking too bad at all). Could try upping current nutes to 1/4 strength and see if it works.

Read back, since your in 8th/9th week you might want to look into a 0/0/? to supplement with to get the K value up a bit......So, 1/4 strength on what you got, add a bit more K, PH it to around 6 and see what happens........take it as advise from someone that has no idea what he's doing but can read others advise real well.......OH.....and have fun with it.

P.S..... they grow em that big in solo cups so don't stress about brown roots...thats more of a hydro problem.
