Ah...you lucky bastard! :crying: I was hoping to do the exact same thing on NYE....but we got a crap load of snow and the smoker was buried, so I cut the rib roast into steaks and we did them inside.:pass: That looks great, man! Fine job, Dude:d5:

Thought I would post some Food Porn, today was my daughter’s Baby Shower and I did the food for 35 people

Ooooh ooooh Deviled Eggs. I always eat too many and drink ale with them then :gassy: and then :gassy1:. I might have to make some tomorrow.

This was my breakfast the other day:

Scallops were on sale 1/2 price for Amazon Prime customers at Whole foods. They were previously frozen so they were not perfect, still they were very good.

I'm having a Ribeye Tomahawk. Since it's 3 1/2" thick. I partially wrapped in tinfoil. Added my favorite dry rub seasonings. Two dollops of butter and two tablespoons of Choke cherry butter. Slow cooking on low heat. Before the SUPERBOWL I will sear each side over open flames. I have an ice cold Guinness Blonde beer to go with it.

We got another turkey ready for the smoker. It's been spatchcock and dry brined overnight. I'll get the smoker up to temp 225-275F and toss in
some cherry or apple wood for the smoke. The 14lb turkey should take about 2 1/2 - 3hrs and we'll have another caveman feast with some left
overs for another meal.
