Now got them on this ghetto drying rack thing whatever you wanna call it lol

That should work quite well.
Also make sure they dry in the dark.
Just be sure to check them every few hours, you don't want to over dry them as there is no going back.

Put them back in the jars as soon as the stem snaps and you should have some awesome smoke in a months time!!!
