Doc Bud's High Brix Organix Kit - ACE Congo & Purple Haze Thai

Thanks brother! I think I hit it with cationic too late, so things look a bit pistily and larfy. It's almost like the cationic initiated a HUGE push of resin, but completely stalled out any calyx swelling or development. It's interesting, like Doc says, it'll finish "differently" but still good. So in that sense, if I don't see any improvement in calyx size when my clone gets here, I'll just cut her down and call this one a wrap. I mention all of that because I really do think that's probably the only drench you need to be careful about, the rest of the kit is mindlessly easy for me.

Sprayed stress last night.

I agree brotha!

im finding this out too...gotta learn this cat dench!!:coffee2:

Day 146 since the flip.

Looking like about 7-10 days until chop. The lowers will come out tonight once the lights are on, probably the bottom 25-30% of the plant is done, the tops are still finishing out. The breeder from ACE Seeds (Dubi on another forum) weighed in on these pics and said to let her go juuuuuuust until the last white pistils fade out, so I'm going to cut anything that looks like it's there and try to keep the early stuff separated for comparison purposes.

Doc Bud also weighed in, definitely overfed this one, hence the nasty brown crispiness...essentially a result of over-salting the soil with massive amounts of drench. I knew this already, overfed her for a few weeks before realizing my math errors, she'll recover just fine regardless! Feeding pure water whenever she feels light...no foliars at this point, just letting her fade out. Bigger fans are starting to fall, and she's REALLY fattening up.

GAH!!! Did something stupid security related and it's all for the best to get this grow over with. With the exception of 20% of the plant, everything was looking really nice anyway, so I have her hanging in the dark tent, no light, no circ. fan, inline fan still pulling, humidifier keeping the space just under 60%.

I did a bud wash in 2 buckets of RO water, first bucket had a half a lemon squeezed in and 1/4 cup of baking powder. Second bucket was rinse water...TONS of nasty foliar residue came off, she's looking very fresh and clean right now. I'm going to give her another dunk today now that some of the outer leaves have dried off, just to get her totally clean and fresh to final manicuring. After she's dried where I like her, I'll go back over with scissors and do a final loose trim, then just jar up and cure.

Expecting about 90g of finished bud from her, but my trimming partner is saying QP (113g). We have an 1/8th bet over it, lol :smokeit:

I'm quitting smoking until she's fully cured, which to me I'll define as about 2 months, give or take. I know a 6 month cure is going to make this stuff really special, but I'd like to take a 60 day sample totally clean and clear headed to see how it works.

175g dried and cured. 30g went into an uber-potent batch of budder, the rest is in quart jars for storage. I'll get some pics in a week or so.
