Do these look good shall I add more soil

My 6 week autoflower has white spots at the base of the stem, they look like scales. Many people said these white spots are where the roots would grow if the soil was covering the stem. So with that in mind, i think it should grow roots if you add more soil, but i'm also a beginner so take it with a grain of salt. I added soil to my other autoflower seedling that stretched and she's doing well 2 weeks after.

Ideally, you would have soil all the way to the top of the pot. This is something i need to keep in mind for my next grow.
Because when you start watering a lot, all the soil will sink and recede.
And you'll need airflow under the canopy, and airflow on the soil surface. If it's surrounded with a pot you won't be able to provide that airflow.

The same rules apply to fabric pots or plastic.

the deep sides restrict direct airflow to the top of the soil and/or to the lower/under canopy, air flow is very important for controlling pests and molds and strengthening the stems.

I top up my medium two three times through a grow, its usually just a couple of handfulls of mix to keep a level and offer a little extra natural nutrient.

Yh you mean with oscillating fans and an exhaust system Yh Iv got that set up

Direct breeze from fans on the plant. Let the fan blow on the stem, under the canopy and soil surface. The plant will enjoy shaking a little a bit :D
Could roll the edges of the pot for now, lower the walls a bit.

In my tent, there was 1 small seedling which didn't receive enough airflow and breeze. Soon after i saw mold starting to develop on soil surface. Luckily it was a small patch and i scooped out it quickly, but now i'm adding as much fans as possible to create a strong breeze and let all the plants shake. Will be adding larger fans soon.

I added soil a few weeks into flower.

The roots eventually grew into it so much that I couldn't easily get a finger in to check moisture.

I also add Grower's Recharge once a week to my water.

some of the most recent pictures I’m using house of garden root excellurator and advanced nutrients sensi grow .
