Do I have a problem starting?

Whatever is going on w/this plant is not going away, and appears to be spreading. Could it be the start of Pythium? I don't think I over water, as i only water once a week, but I did test the accurate 8 meter outside in a very soggy flower bed, with a broken emitter when i first got it. Wonder if i transferred something inside. If so, the probe as been in all 3 pots numerous times, so i am sure i've transferred it.

Very noticeable on the leaves at 6, 9 & 12 o'clock positions. That dried waxy look, running along the vein of some of the leaves.

It looks more like you spilled something on it? Pythium does not look like that. It also does not look like any virus I am familiar with.

Thanks ManO. I am not sure what it could be. Since i am using ffof, i have not given any nutes, only H20. I pour the water in with a solo cup. When i do need nutes, i was planning on top dressing w/some dr. earth flower girl & a little more soil. ugh.

I'm far from expert. Considering it;s so young, it seems to be coming along OK; new growth looks to have no problem. But I always have low expectations, even expect problems, with the very lowest fan leaves. Soon enough that lowest set will be shaded by other leaves, and you'll probably be plucking it to allow air movement at the base of the plant. And in the meantime, even with tacoing, the affected leaves are still contributing and mostly doing their job. So I wouldn't be much concerned, unless it gets worse, goes beyond just the lowest set of leaves. Otherwise, maybe it's time to get the plant into its final pot.

It's an auto, that is its final pot. I see all these post of solo cups, so I wanted to see what would happen in a 2L bottle. She got a little bondage this morning, so she's either gonna continue to grow, or get culled.

@Mañ'O'Green & anyone else who can help. here is the same plant, now at day 49. According to the breeder, SAG, and the limited grow journals i could find, this plant finishes right at 60 day. 11 days from now. 60 days is in regular sized pots. i have her in a 2L soda bottle, so i dont know if the limited rot space has caused the life cycle to speed up a bit.

all organic feeding. Top dress w/dr earth flower girl, a couple teas(3 i think) of molasses, EWC, bat guano & flower girl-all in low quantities as i am afraid of over doing it. 6.5-6.7 ph at the root zone.

5 days ago i notice brown tips. Thought it was light burn, as i've never raised the lights as she grew. so i moved it 18" away. Now shes not looking to good, and leave are browning.
last weekend i notice 3-4 gnats flying out of soil when watering all the plants. added mosquito bits, and didn't see any thing morning so i think it worked.

Do i have a deficiency or is this just end of life normal stuff?
thanks in advance.

Growing in small containers does not have much buffering capacity. So if nutrients get out of balance even a little bit it is going to show up in the plant. That looks like a little bit of lock out. Just fertigate normally and pay attention to mixing your nutrients well balanced before adding them to the pot.
