I don't usually grow in the summer and I'm struggling with temps and humidity.

My flowers don't seem to be getting as dense as they do when it's cooler. Is the heat doing this?

It’s not so much the heat, but the combination of heat and humidity, ie, VPD (Vapor pressure deficit). Checkout vpd charts, like vpdchart.com.

From that data sample you look be averaging around 78F-80F at 68-70% RH. That works out to a VPD around 0.8-1.0 or so. To me, that’s a prime VPD target for late veg/early flower, but it’s too low for bud bulking.

In flowering, plants use more water, and therefore need to transpire at higher rates. The rate of transpiration is impacted by VPD.

For efficient transpiration in flower. I’d aim for a VPD of 1.0-1.4, or an average of around 1.2. Personally, I think 78-80F is a good temperature. To increase VPD at those temps, try to get your humidity down closer to 58-62%.

The above is more about setting targets. How to actually reduce temps and humidity is a whole other ballgame lol. What’s your dehumidifier/extraction fans/etc situation?

I don't usually grow in the summer. Fall and winter are less humid where I live.
This grow is over.
I ran the exhaust and internal fans nonstop. My garage isn't the ideal place but it's all I have.
